The founders, Sherri Petro, Gayle Gregory, and Vasi Huntalas together bring 60+ years of senior management and organizational consulting experience along with 30 years of spiritual inquiry and meditation practice. With that integrated background comes a knowledge of what has worked and what has failed to produce results within organizations and for individuals. Workplace Evolution's distinctive three-phased approach includes: deconstruction of limiting beliefs, reinvention based upon the organization's core purpose, and restoration of connections and community.

Gayle
Gayle Gregory : As Systems Engineer and Designer, Gayle brings 25 years experience of improving systems within organizations.

Gayle Gregory is one of three co-authors of The Grand Experiment, an Expedition of Self-Discovery, a book about seven universal myths that drive and determine beliefs, behaviors, and their resultant outcomes. The book is foundational in her work with individuals and corporations, since it speaks directly to the reason why things fail to change regardless of the effort applied. Her new book, Workplace Evolution: Common Sense for Uncommon Times, is a call to action for those of us who know there is a better way and seek to integrate integrity and inclusivity, as well as position our workplaces for success in swiftly changing times.

Gayle is a former senior manager with two Fortune 500 companies, United Parcel Service and Household Financial, where she had over-sight for an operations staff of 535, and technology start-ups and project management, respectively. While at UPS she coordinated several change initiatives that saved the organization $10M annually. Gayle was also later assigned to corporate to facilitate enterprise-wide change throughout the organization. As one of her start-up projects with Household, she brought a 100 seat call center on line from scratch, in 30 days.

Gregory founded Pure Possibility, a coaching and mentoring program that works with individuals desiring to change old patterns and break free of limitations, and within the Oregon state corrections system, where she conducts meditation and thought awareness training for men in the state’s medium security prison. Gayle specializes in the deconstruction phase of WE’s unique three phase consulting process.

While working at UPS and traveling five days a week, Gayle finished her BA in Management, an accomplishment that she laughingly states took 28 years from its inception. She graduated with honors right before taking a two-year sabbatical with her husband, where she sailed to Vancouver Island and from there to Mexico aboard her 40 foot sailboat. The adventure was amazing and provided the insights that were the groundwork for the seven myths.

Sherri
Sherri Petro: As Systems Architect and Strategist, Sherri brings 20+ years experience assisting nonprofits and businesses in implementing systems to create sustainable organizations.

Sherri is President of VPI Strategies where she specializes in unifying people, process and technology to create sustainable organizations. Her organization conducts research, develops strategy, coaches and trains. Plagued by the inability of good organizations from becoming even better by leveraging all their resources, Sherri has spent years delving into human and organizational behavior seeking answers.

Realizing it's not the behaviors but the belief structures underneath at issue led her to the study of spirituality where she continues to dismantle her own fears and assists entrepreneurs and employees in facing the self-limiting beliefs which hinder their professional and personal progress. Sherri understands that being of service, providing a different perspective and illuminating new strategic possibilities is her purpose. She loves diving deep to assess needs, providing structure and synthesizing various viewpoints to create strategic options.

Sherri is an exceptionally organized project manager with vision, integration and execution skills. She has published over eighty articles on strategy, marketing and coaching where she simplifies complex concepts for busy professionals. She is an expert facilitator and presenter credited with over 175 seminars and regularly distills her expertise as an executive coach, one-on-one with executive management.

Her diverse professional background includes customer service, operations, human resources, sales, marketing and strategic planning. Sherri earned a Masters in Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Strategic Planning from Pepperdine University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University, summa cum laude.
