The founders, Sherri Petro, Gayle Gregory, and Vasi Huntalas together bring 60+ years of senior management and organizational consulting experience along with 30 years of spiritual inquiry and meditation practice. With that integrated background comes a knowledge of what has worked and what has failed to produce results within organizations and for individuals. Workplace Evolution's distinctive three-phased approach includes: deconstruction of limiting beliefs, reinvention based upon the organization's core purpose, and restoration of connections and community.
