About the Mindful Warrior Approach

Our highest intention as coaches is to support individuals in overcoming any fears or self-imposed limits so they can step more powerfully into their potential and make a greater impact within their organization..and their communities. Mindful Warrior Coaching is a collaborative process between coach and client, based on trust and accountability. WE coaches assist clients in clarifying their goals, facilitating self-awareness, exploring limiting beliefs, supporting committed action and providing a guiding hand of an experienced business leader. WE's integrated approach includes heart based/intuitive listening, open minded inquiry, candid observing, and honest feedback. (Some of our WE coaches also incorporate mindfulness awareness practices such as breath work, meditation, movement, visualization and applied kinesiology.)

Who WE Coaches Are

All WE coaches bring at least 15 years of professional experience working within a variety of industries and settings. They have been exposed to different perspectives and workplace situations, yet are not limited by their experiences, instead bringing both curiosity and objectivity to each new client. WE coaches have also personally committed to transforming their own fears and limiting beliefs so they can coach with clarity, an unbiased perspective, and candid, courageous compassion. The unique combination gives WE clients the opportunity to work with a coach who offers not only professional support, but is dedicated to each individual's well-being and fulfillment.

How WE works with you

We begin with a conversation to better understand your goals and current conditions. This needs assessment matches you with the appropriate coach (or group of coaches) for your organizations' executives, managers, staff, teams, or for your small business. Once the match is made, an initial meeting is scheduled between the selected coach and coachee to determine if there is a mutual fit for forming a coaching relationship. The frequency and length of meetings vary depending on the client's goals and desire for success. Coaching sessions are by phone or in person (when mutually convenient.)
